This section of the website focuses on only a handful of projects, but they represent a half-dozen shared traits which, when taken together, frame the informal set of guiding principles we bring to the table when undertaking new ventures.

Here, a single project is used to illustrate each specific principle. In practice, any given project includes several, if not all, of these principles, in varying degrees of prominence. The six principles and their respective projects are listed below:
